We have some users that use the same 'generic' account. This option allows "one time" users to pass information to us without us having to create a unique user account for them. 	"I run a medical transcription business and we've been around for 14+ years. Up until a few years ago when we started with your services, all the work we transcribed (consisting mainly of medical documents) had to be sent via encrypted emails. This was extremely time consuming with having to encrypt each document or batch of documents before emailing and then some of our clients had firewalls that would not allow the .exe files to be received. This required us to "trick" the system by renaming the encrypted file as a word document, etc., etc. So much of our time was spent doing tedious tasks just to get our work sent over.
